Final Inspection 

Final inspection of production parts can be difficult but the criteria are clearly defined.  Final inspection of a custom workholding is different.  We’ve developed a detailed check-list to make sure that nothing is overlooked both on the design side and the manufacturing side.  In the end, the quality of a fixture can be quite subjective.  This is where our experience matters.  Well-designed fixtures are easy to use.  They are reliable.  They repeat.  They prevent misloads. They give the customer the best opportunity to make good parts.  Arrow Engineering only ships fixture that pass the test.
